Father God, please cleanse me of my materialism.

하나님 아버지, 제가 가지고 있는 물질 중심의 생각을 깨끗이 없애주옵소서

I confess that I am tempted daily by all the things this earth has to offer; money, power, a new car, a new apartment; the best of everything.

날마다 세상에 보이는 모든 것들 돈, 권력, 새 차, 새 아파트 등 모든 좋은 것들에 제가 유혹 받고 있음을 고백합니다

I lose focus of You, God, and place importance on things that will not last.

저는 하나님을 바로 보지 못하고 얼마 있으면 없어질 것들을 중요하게 여깁니다

When I die, my car, my apartment, my clothes, none of these things will be important.

제가 천국에 갈 때는, 제 자동차, 아파트, 옷, 이런 것들은 중요하지 않습니다

The only thing that will take me to heaven is a belief and knowledge of Jesus Christ, the Son of the only true God.

저를 천국으로 가게 할 유일한 것은 진정한 하나님 아들 예수 그리스도를 알고 믿는 것입니다

I pray that I do not focus on the riches of this world but on the riches of my everlasting life in Heaven.

제가 이 세상의 부요함이 아닌 천국의 영원한 삶의 부요함에 초점을 맞출 수 있도록 기도드립니다
