1.  "Welcome, happy morning!" Age to age shall say:

즐겁도다 이 날 세세에 할 말

Hell today is vanquished, Heaven is won today!

사망권세 깨고 하늘이 열려
Lo! the dead is living, God for evermore!

죽은자가 다시 살아 나와서
Him their true Creator, All his works adore!

생명의 주 예수 찬송하도다

(Refrain) "Welcome, happy morning!" Age to age shall say!

(후렴) 즐겁도다 이 날 세세에 할말

Hell today is vanquished, Heaven is won today! (Amen)

사망권세 깨고 승리하셨네

2. Earth her joy confesses, Clothing her for spring

부활하신 주님 나타나시니
All fresh gifts return with Her returning King:

천지 만물 모두 새 옷 입었네
Bloom in every meadow, Leaves on every bough,

꽃은 만발하고 잎이 우거져
Speak his sorrow ended, Hail his triumph now.

3. Thou, of life the author, Death didst undergo,

생명의 주 예수 죽음 이기고
Tread the path of darkness, Saving strength to show;

캄캄한 길 지나 다시 사셨네
Come then, true and faithful, Now fulfill thy word,

주의 말씀대로 이루어져서
'Tis thy own third morning! rise, O buried Lord!

사흘만에 다시 살아나셨네
