We offer our praise and thanks to You, the giver and sustainer of eternal life.
영원한 생명을 주시는 주님께 찬양과 감사를 드립니다.

Holy Father, You number our days. You span the course of time.
거룩하신 하나님 아버지, 주님은 저희 인생의 연수를 알고 기간을 정하십니다.

Help us to display your love, joy, peace and hopefulness regardless of life's circumstances.
주의 말씀의 일용할 양식을 사모하게 하시고 주의 뜻을 구하게 하소서.

Give us the desire to daily feed on Your word and to seek Your will for our lives.
삶의 처지가 어떠하든지 주님의 사랑과 기쁨과 평화와 소망을 전할 수 있도록 도와주소서.

Father, help us today as we speak with others. "Set a guard over our mouths, O Lord; keep watch over the door of our lips."
아버지, 오늘 제가 다른 사람들과 이야기 나눌 때 "제 입에 파수꾼을 세우시고 제 입술의 문을 지키소서."

Help us to stop to consider our words before they come out of our mouths, since we know we can never take them back.
한번 내뱉은 말은 도로 담을 수 없음을 깨닫게 하소서.
