1. Open now thy gates of beauty,

아름다운 시온성아
Zion, let me enter there,   

어서 문을 열어라
Where my soul in joyful duty,   
그 곳에서 기쁨으로
Waits on Him who answers prayer:   
내주 예수 섬기리
O how blessed is this place,   
복되도다 시온성
Filled with solace, light, and grace.  

빛과 은총 넘치네
   
2. Here O God, I come before Thee,

주님 앞에 나아가니
Come Thou also down to me   
주여 내게 오소서
Where we find Thee and adore Thee,   
그 곳에서 주님 만나
There a heaven on earth must be:   
하늘나라 이루고
To my heart O enter thou,   
주님 모신 내 마음
Let it be Thy temple now.   
성전 되게 하소서
   
3. Here Thy praise is gladly chanted,

찬양소리 울려나고
Here Thy seed is duly sown:   
복된 말씀 뿌려져
Let my soul wher it is planted,   
내 맘속에 자라나서
Bring forth precious sheaves alone.   
귀한 열매 맺으리

So that all I hear may be,   
내가 들은 그 말씀
Fruitful unto life in me.

4. Thou my faith increase and quicken,

어떤 시험 당하여도
Let me keep Thy gift divine   
나의 믿음 지키고
How soe'er temptation thicken,   
주의 은사 내 심령을
May Thy Word still o'er me shine,   
북돋우어 주시며
As my polestar through my life,   
주의 말씀 등불이
As my comfort in my strife.   

내 가는 길 비치네
   
5. Speak, O God, and I will hear Thee,

주여 말씀하옵소서
Let Thy will be done indeed   

그 뜻 이루오리다
May I undisturbed draw near Thee,   
주님 베푼 잔치자리
While Thou dost Thy people feed.   
나도 참여하리니
Here of life the fountain flows,   
생명샘물 마시고
Here is balm for all our woes. Amen.
