I Will Praise Thee (내가 한 맘으로)

1. I will praise Thee ever, wholly Thine, O Lord,

내가 한 맘으로 주를 기리고

strive to make my actions to Thy word accord.
주님 앞에 모두 찬송하리라
God's word we know perfect, though our sight be dim
하나님의 말씀 온전하시며
Truth and grace are ever found in full in Him.
진실함과 은혜 주께 있도다
Gather'd in His courts we'll worship and a-dore,
주의 전에 모여 예배 드리고
And His name most holy praise for e-ermore.
거룩하신 이름 찬송하리라

2. When I call upon Him, my God answers me

주를 부를 때에 응답하시고

He shall all my firmness, my steadfastness be.
내게 힘을 주사 굳세게 하네
Where the seed is scattered, where we bear His word,

Strong to judge the mighty, make the fall-en stand.
만국 임금들이 주를 기림은
All the Kings shall worship, and shall serve the Lord.
주의 하신 말씀 들음이로다
Perfect is His glory let our voices swell,
하나님의 영광 온전하시니
Singing forth his praises Who doth all things well.
주의 행한 일을 찬송하리라

3. God dwells in the hidden, high and holy place,

하나님이 비록 높이 계셔도

And in humble spirits trusting in His grace.
낮고 천한 사람 돌아 보시네
He a God far off is still a god at hand,
하나님이 비록 멀리 계셔도
Strong to judge the mighty, make the fallen stand.
교만한 자 엄히 심판하시네
What then thought I weary walking in distress,
나는 고난 중에 다닐찌라도
God will raise me up to live in blessedness.
하나님이 나를 살리시리라

4. He keeps guard upon me everywhere i go,

주님께서 내게 손을 내밀어

Turns their flaming arrows back upon the foe,
원수들의 화살 막아 주시네
His right hand of power stretches out to save,
오른손을 펴서 구원하시고
To ful-fil the promise He so freely gave.
약속하신 말씀 이뤄 주시네
Lord, in mercy keep us faithful is Thy word.
주의 자비하심 영원하시니
By Thou never distant from Thy people, Lord.
주의 자녀 멀리하지 맙소서
