1. Lamp of our feet, whereby we trace

주님의 귀한 말씀은
Our path when wont to stray   

내 발의 빛 되고
Stream from the fount of heavenly grace,   
목마른 사막 길에서
Brook by the traveler's way.   
샘물과 같도다
  

2. Bread of our souls, whereon we feed,

굶주린 나의 영혼을
True manna from on high   
만나로 먹이고
Our guide and chart, wherein we read   
내 갈 길 밝게 비추니
Of realms beyond the sky   
그 말씀 귀하다
  
3. Pillar of fire, through watches dark,

낮에는 구름기둥과
Or radiant cloud by day   
밤에는 불기둥
When waves would' whelm our tossing bark   
주 백성 앞에 나타나
Our anchor and our stay   
앞장서 주시네
  

4. Word of the ever living God,

하늘의 깊은 지혜를
Will of His glorious Son   
깨닫게 하시고
Without thee how could earth be trod,   
주 말씀 밝히 알도록
Or heav'n itself be won Amen.    
늘 도와줍소서 아멘

저 높고 넓은 하늘이
In evry star Thy wisdom shines   
주 영광 선포하는데
But when our eyes behold Thy Word,   
성경은 주의 이름을
we read Thy name in fairer lines.   
더 밝히 드러내도다
   
2. The radiant sun, the changing light,

날마다 뜨는 저 태양
And nights and days Thy power confess   
주 권능 알려주는데
 But the blest volume Thou hast writ   
 거룩한 성경 말씀은
Reveals Thy justice and Thy grace.  
주 크신 은혜 알린다
   

3. Thro' each bright world above, behold

저 해와 달과 별들은
Then thousand, thousand charms unfold:   
늘 주를 찬양하는데
Earth, air and mighty seas combine   
그 살아있는 진리는
To speak His wisdom all divine.   
온 세계 두루 퍼진다
   

4. Thy no-blest wonders here we view

이 퍼져가는 복음과
In souls renewed, and sins forgiven   
이 번져가는 진리는
Lord cleanse my sins,my soul renew,   
이 세상에서 영원히
And make Thy Word my guide to heav'n. Amen.
