1. O God, our help in ages past,

예부터 도움 되시고
Our hope for years to come,    

내 소망되신 주
Our shelter from the stormy blast,   
이 세상 풍파 중에도

And our eternal home!  
늘 보호하시네

이 천지만물 있기 전
