Matthew 10:24~33 (마태복음 10:24~33) 

24 " A student is not above his teacher, nor a servent above his master 

24 제자가 그 선생보다, 또는 그 종이 그 상전보다 높지 못하나니

nor a servent above his master 는 and a servant (is not) above his master, either의 뜻이며,

nor는 and ~ not~, either(그리고 ~도 역시 ~이 아니다)의 의미

25 It is enough for the student to be like his teacher, and the servant like his master,

If the hand of the house has been called Beelzebub,!

25 제자가 그 선생 같고 종이 그 상전 같으면 족하도다

집주인을 바알세불이라 하였거든 하물며 그 집 사람들이랴 

how much more the members of the household (have been called Beelzebub) ! : 형용사/부사 + 주어 + 동사 ! 의 감탄문

26 "So do not be afraid of them. There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed,

or hidden that will not be knwon.

26 그런즉 저희를 두려워하지 말라 감추인 것이 드러나지 않을 것이 없고

숨은 것이 알려지지 않을 것이 없느니라 

nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or (nothing) hidden that will not be knwon : concealed 나 hidden 이 nothing 을 수식하고, 관계대명사 that 이하가 nothing concealed을 수식하는 이중부정구문 

27 What I tell you in the dark, speak in the daylight; what is whispered in your ear, proclaim from the roofs.

27 내가 너희에게 어두운 데서 이르는 것을 광명한 데서 말하여 너희가 귓속으로 듣는 것을 집 위에서 전파하라

in the dark는 '어두운데서', in the daylight는 '(환한) 대낮에', what은 관계대명사로 '~인 것'의 의미

28 Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.

Rather, be afraid of one who can destory both soul and body in hell.

28 몸은 죽여도 영혼은 능히 죽이지 못하는 자들을 두려워하지 말고

오직 몸과 영혼을 능히 지옥에 멸하시는 자를 두려워하라

those who ~는 '~하는 사람들'

the one who ~는 '~하는 자'의 의미이나 the one에서 대문자로 되어 결국 God을 뜻함

29 Are not two sparrows sold for a penny?

Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father.

29 참새 두 마리가 한 앗사리온에 팔리는 것이 아니냐

그러나 너희 아버지께서 허락지 아니하시면 그 하나라도 땅에 떨어지지 아니하리라 

sparrow : 참새

30 And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

30 너희에게는 머리털까지 다 세신바 되었나니

31 So don't be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. 

31 두려워하지 말라 너희는 많은 참새보다 귀하니라

32 "Whoever acknowledges me before men, I wil acknowledge him before my Father in heaven.

32 누구든지 사람 앞에서 나를 시인하면 나도 하늘에 계신 내 아버지 앞에서 저를 시인할 것이요

Whoever acknowledges me~ (= Anyone who acknowledge me~!)는 '나를 시인하는 사람은 누구든지이며, whoever는 복합관계대명사

33 But whoever disowns me brfore men, I will disown him before my Father in heaven.

33 누구든지 사람 앞에서 나를 부인하면 나도 하늘에 계신 내 아버지 앞에서 저를 부인하리라

disown : 부인하다
